Voting for the Charity of The Month is easy. Every time you use your Reward Points to vote you’re increasing the percentage share towards your chosen cause.

Each vote from you determines how much of our monthly donation will be shared between the two chosen charities.

You can find out more by visiting Charity within the menu. Also, don’t forget to look out for the charity card above, it’s our little reminder to vote.

Winning is the best part of our service, so we’ve made it easy for you to check what you’ve won. When you first log on to the new service the ” Check my Winnings” button will flash on the screen. Tap it and all your tickets will then be checked against draws played.

Every time you have new draws to check against, you’ll see the check my winnings button to remind you.

Don’t forget you get Bonus Points when you check your winnings so remember to do it regularly,

Your members dashboard puts you in control. It’s where you decide how we communicate with you, how many lines you want to play and in which lotteries. and as a member you’ll have access to exclusive rewards, games, points and lots of freebies.

Don’t forget that playing the games increases your chances of winning prizes, which can include points, bonus credit and even cash.

Reward points can be used in the Store to purchase games, giving our members even more chances to win, including cash prizes up to £7,000.

Reward Points can be gained by joining syndicates, playing games and referrals to your friends and family.

Your Voucher Wallet is where you’ll find your points as well as at the top of your home screen.

Playing in a private syndicate allows you to pick your own numbers. This option isn’t available for public syndicates yet.

Once you’ve joined a private syndicate, you will be prompted to pick your numbers. You can manually pick each number, or you can select Auto pick to choose for you.

When you’re done,  just click on either the confirm numbers button for manual picks, or the Finish picking button for Auto picks. Both buttons can be found at the bottom of each screen.
